• removal of all debris that you have requested to be removed
• Properly clean and sanitize all restroom fixtures
• replace all restroom supplies, reorder supplies if necessary
• cleaning and sanitizing of all telephone hand sets
• cleaning and sanitizing of all door knobs and light switches
• Cleaning and sanitizing of exterior of refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, sinks, toasters, counter tops, and restocking of all paper and soap supplies in kitchen and breakroom areas
• Replacement of light bulbs when necessary  

Special Cleaning Procedures:

• Cleaning of all tile and grout utilizing our special high pressure truck mounted system which thoroughly cleans the grout and the tile simultaneously.
• Truck mounted Carpet cleaning using the most powerful hot water extraction machines and most up to date IICRC certified cleaning procedures and products.
• Upholstery cleaning of all fabrics using the safest, most effective cleaning agents and procedures.  All training is by IICRC certified instructors. 
• Area rug and oriental rug cleaning using the safest, most effective IICRC certified cleaning techniques and procedures.
• Window Cleaning on a per request basis.
• Any other special cleaning procedures you need or desire.
