We offer a referral bonus to you when you refer Commercial work to us!  If you work in an office or know people who do, just tell them about us and you will receive a Referral Reward Certificate for each new commercial client you have referred who uses our services and pays their invoice.  The referral reward for these referrals is 15% of the office cleaning (monthly invoice), or 10% of the carpet, tile, upholstery, area rug, or partition cleaning total invoice. 

Referral Reward Certificate for Commercial Janitorial Contracts

If you refer a commercial client to All Phase Cleaning Services in our service area who then signs an annual- (monthly invoiced) contract for janitorial services, you will receive a 5% Reward certificate for the value of the first months cleaning invoice after it is paid, another 5% Reward Certificate for the value of the monthly cleaning invoice after we have had the contract for 6 months, and another 5% Reward Certificate for the value of the monthly cleaning invoice after we have had the contract for 12 months!

How does this work?

An example of how this works is: If the monthly job cost is $1000.00, you would receive a $50.00 Referral Reward Certificate for the first months’ invoice which you could redeem toward a cleaning job or a $50.00 check would be mailed to you.  After 6 months you would receive another $50.00 Referral Reward Certificate or a check, and after 12 months, you would receive another $50.00 Referral Reward Certificate or a check!  If your normal annual cleaning job is $300.00, you would only need to refer 2 new janitorial clients to us to receive a totally free cleaning which would be extremely helpful in keeping your cleaning budget to a minimum!  (The average duration of cleaning contracts we have in Janitorial is over 9 years, so the probability of you receiving the full year of Referral rewards is very high!)  Call about all the details of this very unique program at (303) 938-1793.

We offer this reward to anyone who refers a new residential client to us for carpet, upholstery, Oriental rug, or tile and grout cleaning.  We also offer this program to anyone who refers commercial clients to us- please see above.   For each new client that you send us, we will send you a 10% Referral Reward Certificate for their first cleaning, either CASH or FREE CLEANING—your choice.  Simply refer your friends, neighbors, or co-workers, and we will reward you automatically. The Referral Reward Certificate or cash is paid the first time they use our services and will be mailed to you when the client pays their invoice. You may then either use the certificate toward services, or you can elect to receive a check.
